Kana finished his tour at the front door. "I believe it is time you had your introduction to the main business. Come with me." Without looking to make sure she was following, he strode through the front door and towards his waiting Lambourghini. He slid in to the drivers side and opened the passenger door for Charity.

An eyebrow shot up at the declaration but she followed none the less. It was a damn shame though, she thought eyeing the car as her new boss climbed in, she would be getting blood all over the interior and it was a damn nice car. She remembered hooking up with a guy who had a car like that, they'd ended up fucking on the bonnet of the thing in the middle of a deserted highway at 2am just outside of New York.
She made no comment about the damage to the interior her blood would probably do as she climbed in, no doubt her first pay cheque would be cut in order to either replace the upholstery entirely or have it cleaned. Lemartes did seem to be the petty sort.

Kana waited until Charity had closed the door after her and then started the ignition. The car roared into life and Kana gave a satisfied smirk.
He hadn't overlooked the fact that Charity would bleed on his upholstry, but it wasn't as if the inside of the car had never seen blood before. Besides, he had better things to do than wait around for her to finish with the surgeon.
Without so much as looking at Charity, he pressed his foot to the accelerator and the car sped off towards The Edge.

Buckling in out of reflex, she leaned back and watched the world flash by, memorising the twists and turns as they moved through the streets. She would probably have to find somewhere to live and figure out what to do with her VISA and get her equipment from lock-up. She had some friends who would be alright with smuggling it over to her.
