[Belle Thorne]

A Few Hours Later

Belle stirred and woke up, sitting up with a yawn and blearily looking around her suite, seeing the trail of clothes littering the floor. She smiled as the last few hours briefly replayed themselves in her mind before a gentle snuffling sound jolted her back to reality and she looked down to see the tousled haired sleeping form of Bridget beside her.
Well that was certainly one hell of a night...
Absent mindedly she went to brush a stray lock of hair from Bridget's face before she caught herself and withdrew her hand. She leant down beside the bed and picked up one of her silk nightgowns before slipping it on and padding out into the kitchen and making a pot of tea, humming to herself without noticing.

Once the tea pot was made she padded back into the bedroom carrying a tray with the tea as well as sugar and milk and two cups. Once inside her bedroom she put the tray down and carefully nudged Brie
"Come on, time to wake up"
she told the younger brunette gently.

Bridget wasn't one for sleeping immediately after the act, but last night had been... vigorous. There was something to be said about chosing an older woman - they certainly knew what they were doing.

With those lovely thoughts, the Night Stalker cracked her eyes open and sniffed the air, frowning slightly in confusion. Tea?

Sex and tea in bed? Had she accidentally died during an orgasm and not noticed until she ended up here in what consituted as fairly close to what she considered as heaven? (All that was missing was the long white sandy beach, the cross dressing cabana-boys all salivating to do her bidding and the harem of honies there to entertain her. Oh and the breakfast to go with her tea in bed.)

Slowly, she pushed herself upright, looking between Belle and the tea in confusion.

Belle smiled at the confusion that flickered in the younger woman's face
"Tea?"
she asked slightly uncertainly, gesturing with her head towards the tray on the table, barely hiding the amusement in her voice as she watched Bridget.
Last night was certainly... intense...
she contemplated as her eyes momentarily fell on the brunette's form, bringing back some very pleasant memories of the previous few hours

"Ah, yes, yes please," the younger Vampire agreed, for once missing the subtle go over of the other woman's eyes. Usually this was round about the time she got unceremoniously kicked out - perhaps Belle was just more polite about it? She was a Lemartes and unlike Kana in most every way possible.

Belle reached over to the table and lifted the tray in order to place it on the bed - the china cups jingling slightly as they moved on their saucers. Once the tray was safely down she picked up the tea pot and poured an equal measure of the dark liquid into each of the two cups and before dropping a sugar cube and a pouring a dash of milk into one of them. Leaning back slightly she studied the younger brunette, wondering what she was thinking before Belle decided to break the silence.
"I'm going to have to go back to work soon"
She told her, Belle's tone expressing a wish that she had discovered time travel.
I really should employ someone else to do the paperwork, this is rediculous
Her eyes on Brie, she took a sip of the tea.

Ahhh, yes, so she was right. Bridget smiled now that she was back on familiar ground, adding two sugars to her tea and a splash of milk, "Ah, the evil paperwork, the real enemy of the universe," she declared dramatically before she took a sip of her tea, "Any who vanquish this mighty foe shall truly earn the name of 'Hero'."

"So I take it, it's time to go home then, yes?" she continued with a small smile behind her mug, speaking as if something so rediculous as evil paperwork had ever passed her lips.

Belle chuckled at Bridget's comments, they rang so true to her right now
"Vanquishing the evils of paperwork makes it sound far more fun than it is"
She sipped her tea again as she listened to Brie
"That's up to you though it'd probably be pretty boring for you to have to watch me do paperwork for a few hours"
she replied to the brunette's question with a smile

Bridget smirked, "You'd never leave me unattended for fear of what mischief I'd get into and you'd never let me get a look at your papers, just in case. No, its better that I leave." She sipped cheerfully at her tea, "Besides, yesterday was my day off. No doubt its time I have to get back to pulling pints and shouting at peons who have yet to figure out what they're supposed to be fucking doing," she complained, upper lip curling in distaste. God, she really wondered about the level of the people that Kana allowed to work for him, you'd think that someone with cash to burn like he did would be able to afford some minions with more than a single braincell.

Belle chuckled and nodded, taking a sip of her tea as she listened
"Well you could always quit and work for me"
she commented
"I'm sure I could find use for someone with your... uh talents"
she winked slyly

Brie smirked slightly, "As attractive as the idea of becoming your personal bed-bunny is, I like being alive a little more. Just a little."

[Belle Thorne]

Belle grinned
"Well, the offer's there if you change your mind"
she replied, getting up and padding over to her wardrobe and choosing a dress with only a moment's hesitation before starting to get dressed

Deciding it was about that time she made herself scarse, Brie finished her tea and set the cup down before getting to her feet, stretching shamelessly before she meandered around the room, hunting down her missing clothing and redressing, patting down her bedhair into something less wild.

Belle smiled as she caught a glimpse of the younger woman stretching, shivering slightly as a particular moment from the previous night brought itself to her attention again, allowing herself to stretch slightly over dramatically for Brie's benefit before getting fully dressed.

She smirked knowingly and allowed herself to enjoy the view before she finished buttoning up her blouse and stomped into her high-heeled boots. She sucked on a fang absently as she contemplated whether she was hungry or not - ah well, she could steal a bit of blood when she got to work if she was peckish. But first, she had to go home and shower or everyone would smell Belle on her and that would lead to very painful things.

Having finished getting dressed, Belle watched the younger woman for a few moments without impatience - she was just enjoying the view.
mm last night certainly was fun
she thought to herself, spacing as she waited for Brie to be ready.
