William Dane climbed out of the cab and payed the driver his demanded fee. The city of Edgehaven looked ominous from where the man stood, his perch being a top a nearby hill, he couldn't help but feel uneasy and slightly disturbed at the eternal night that covered the metropolis and surrounding area. "Well at least the views okay..." he muttered sarcastically his feet beginning to trudge down the stone path that led towards the settlement.
After quarter of an hour of walking and seemingly getting no closer to the town, William began to grumble in his head about the Taxi driver, who had decided to stop a distance outside the gloomy urban area due to some reason concerning "The Supernatural". "Superstitious git, i don't know why he couldn't take me closer! I mean i know its dark.. but he would still be in the damn car!"
After many more similar moans and gripes he eventually reached the borders of Edgehaven and took a moment to take in the Architecture of the town. "Well, mum did always say that i needed more culture in my life..." He commented before sighing and finally taking his first steps into the town itself.
