"On...line?" Cindy questioned, as if the concept puzzled her. Cindy's shopping for clothes was slightly more high class. She had designers tripping over themselves for her to be seen wearing their designs. She didn't exactly go to a store or a well known website for her clothes...
But then again, they probably wouldn't do gym wear for her either, so she'd have to learn. She ignored Adrienne's giggle, knowing that she deserved it, and disappeared into the changing room.
She reappeared after quite some time. Apparently it wasn't that easy for Cindy to change out of a gown quickly. Especially not when she kept fussing over her appearance. To say she looked out of place would be an understatement. She still held herself like an aristocrat, posture perfected by formal training, she still was caked in expensive designer make-up, she still had on all of her jewellery (of which there was a lot), she still had her long blonde hair worn up elaborately, she still smelt strongly of perfumes so expensive they' been specifically designed for her by top French designers, she even still had her heels on, given that she didn't have any other shoes...
And around all of that fell an ill fitting old pair of shorts and a tank top, and fingerless gloves that still allowed her to show off her perfectly manicured red fingernails.
"...I don't feel right." She said quietly.

Adrienne took out another pair of shorts and a tank top. "I'll be right back, you may want to take off your heels Cindy and your jewelry, it's going to get caught in your clothing otherwise." She said quietly. Changing out of her clothing only took two minutes, then she came out soon after that, leaving her jeans and the other tank top neatly folded. She wanted dry clothing on as she'd been sweating slightly.

Cindy oblidged by Adrienne's suggestion, no matter how reluctantly. She felt odd enough without losing her jewellery (which she was never without) too, but she did so.
When Adrienne returned Cindy was standing there, looking just as awkward, just without the jewellery or heels, wriggling her toes in the way somebody uncomfortable with being barefoot does. In the corner of the room there was a surprisingly large pile of jewellery, and her shoes. She still looked extremely uncomfortable in her new found clothing, and if possible, looked more awkward without the jewels and heels than she did with them, given that she still had the poshly styled hair and make-up and still held herself in that upper class manner.
"Very...nice." Cindy said, although it was obviously forced. But Cindy had been raised to believe it was polite to compliment somebody when they had changed their clothes, and she felt like she had to be polite to Adrienne. Even if she, ideally, would want to never be caught dead with somebody dressed like that. Or dressed how she was now, she reminded herself, with a defeated sigh.
"So, urm, what now?"

((Hahaha. Cindy and Adrienne are going to have the battle of wills in the future aren't they? though I do pity Cindy as Adrienne's going to be a strict teacher on some things.))
Adrienne blinked at the pile of jewelry but didn't comment. "We're going to do some light stretches to warm up the muscles." Oh dear gods I sound like a physical education teacher, which is what I am but oh gods do I sound bad.... She had to bite her lip to keep from laughing. "I sound horrible at this don't I?" She said self consciously.

((It should be pretty funny to see at least . And hey, Cindy needs a harsh teacher I think, or else she'll stay as she is, so it's good for her!)) Cindy gave an honest frown. She hadn't heard from much PE teachers so didn't really recognise how Adrienne sounded. The types of school Cindy went to never made her do anything she didn't want to do, and she definitely didn't want to do physical education... "You sound fine." She said with a reassuring smile that hid the fact she had no idea how Adrienne was supposed to sound, so didn't know if it was fine or not. "So...stretches? I think I can do that..." Cindy was sounding a little more confident now. She was worried she'd have to do exercise. But stretches? They were easy, right?

Adrienne sighed. What did I get myself into again? "Bend down and touch your toes, don't bend your knees." She demonstrated, succeeding in putting both hands flat on the floor.

Cindy followed the instruction promptly, and quickly discovered it was nowhere near as easy as Adrienne made it look. She'd never tried to stretch herself like that before, and didn't realise she might encounter problems.
Her perfectly manicured hands stopped plenty short of her equally manicured toes, and she felt her leg and back muscles pull tight. Tighter than she'd been expected.
"...Ow." She managed to make even a grunt of pain sound posh, but there it was. "Um, I think I did something wrong. I can't touch the floor." Cindy admitted awkwardly...

"You did nothing wrong." Adrienne said calmly, moving to Cindy's side. "For one thing." She said critically."You need to move your feet in, as close together as you can. Now straighten back up and try again."

Damaris knocked gingerly on the door of the gym, and then opened it anyway. She saw Cindy and Adrienne, both dressed in shorts and a tank top. She'd apparently interrupted them in a training session.
She smiled tentatively, and gave a small wave.
"Hi." she said in an unusually small voice. "Do you mind if I come in?"

Adrienne went into instant soothing mode, sensing Damaris' tentativeness coming off of her in waves. "Come in, you don't have to ask, you live here too." She said softly. " Would you like to join us? I'm training Cindy." Or trying to at least.. Adrienne left those words unsaid then sat on the floor, stretching out one leg before bending as far down as she could, touching her nose to her knee, her eyes not leaving Cindy or Damaris politely.

Damaris let her smile widen, and entered the room properly. She felt quite at home around Adrienne, which was odd for her.
"That'd be nice. Thank you." She smiled, walking over to join them. She smiled at Cindy, trying not to look too puzzled by her makeup and perfume, and began stretching properly.
"What kind of training are you doing?" She asked.

Cindy had taken Ardrienne's advice, put her legs closer together, and discovered this made her stretching even harder (although more beneficial, if she had understood that). Therefore, she had her feet close together, was leant forwards, all of her muscles were hurting, and she was off balance, when Damaris walked in.
Given that Cindy was particularly against the idea of anybody seeing her dressed like this, she gave a startled yelp, came to her feet quickly, lost her balance, and promptly fell over.
Luckily, onto the gym mats.
She sprang to her feet quickly, trying to make it look like nothing had happened. She fiddled with her hair to make sure it was okay, and looked very embaressed. Luckily, as before, her make-up hid her bright blushing.
"Um, hello." She said, trying to introduce herself the best she could after that little...um...mishap. Her posh accent curled around even the 'um', summing her up clearly. She had seen Damaris around, but the pair hadn't properly met, and she wanted to make a good first impression.
Well, a good second impression, she figured, after the falling bit.
She refused to say 'the difficult kind' to answer her question, and figured she'd leave Adrienne to explain the type of training. It wasn't like she knew the technical terms anyway...

Adrienne felt her eyes widen and bit her lower lip hard when Cindy fell over, her normally pale face going a very becoming light pink as she struggled with laughter. "B-basic training." She stammered in reply to Damaris."We're on the initial lesson." She cleared her throat and hoped she wasn't grinning like an idiot which she was. Of course if she didn't laugh she'd really hurt herself soon then be put on light duty soon. Please don't run away now Damaris. I think I'm gonna need help here!

Damaris respectfully tried not to laugh when Cindy fell over, and almost succeeded, although she couldn't help biting her lip and smiling. She avoided looking at Adrienne's face, knowing that she would laugh if she did.
"Sounds good." She said, feeling her confidence growing. "I could probably do with some real training."
She looked breifly over the weapons on the wall, and instinctively felt for the spot at her hip where her falchion had hung for so long. She'd gotten it back after her fight with Carla, and it currently hung in its scabbard on a chair in her room. After all, no point in carrying it around at the moment.
She noticed the daggers at both Adrienne's and Cindy's hips. "I'm useless with knives, I'm afraid." She said shyly.

Cindy managed to not see the pair laughing at her because she was Cindy Harker, heiress to a fortune of billions, and that meant people weren't supposed to laugh at her. She was quite good, in a way that only the extremely, ridiculously, super posh could be, at blanking parts of the world that would offend her upper class senses.
"I wouldn't worry." Cindy tried to reassure Damaris. "I am not exactly what one would call an expert..." Indeed, Cindy still felt heavily weighed down by its presence on her belt. Just a simple dagger was nearly too heavy for her to wear on a belt. Let alone the chance of her being any good with the actual thing...
