[Gladious Nightsorrow]

OK, this sound quite reasonable, I think I can use him to get some information here...

"OK, I will go on this "tour" with you, but I don't like to befriend with people and also, I have my own goals to seek, so make it quick." He paused for a second after catching his blooded reflection on the bar's mirror... "Oh and I will need to do something about my looks."

Then without even waiting for response, Gladious walked into the bathroom and 5 min later he came out again, refreshed.

"Shall we go then?"

[Hector]

Hector smiled, and finished his pint of milk.

"Very well." Hector led Gladious out the door.

"Don't think of this as much as a tour... It is after all a big town. So where did you come from exactly?" Hector asked, whilst leading Gladious into the shadiest area of the town.

Gladious gave the strange a look, "I do not have an origin." there was a pause, then he went on, " what about you then?"

Keeping a fixed distance, Gladious followed man. I should keep my guard up. and with that, Gladious lowered his hand onto his thigh, where the "Cinders" sheathed.

[Hector]

Hector smiled.

"I can't remember. I've lived here for many decades, and before that... I don't know. The one thing I've learned from my distant past is that the circle can't be trusted!" Hector said through gritted teeth, his hatred for the circle almost rekindling in his demon form.

Hector sent a text back to Joey.

"We will be meeting a man called Joey in a place called the shades. He has made an agreement with me that I intend to keep. You can learn off him too, and also chances of survival are a lot greater in numbers. He is human, so you don't have to worry about him attacking you or anything."

Hector paused.

"We will have to keep a low profile. The shades is a dangerous place. The circle themselves never go there, but that's probably because there is no one their for them to save. The only creatures that hang around there are the kind of people the circle will kill if caught in the act."

Hector thought to himself about Joey's reply.
Not a problem if I can speak to this 'Azrael' myself!

"You do know who the circle are, right?" Hector asked, wondering if what he said may have gone over Gladious' head.

[Gladious Nightsorrow]

Gladious listened quietly as they walked. The aura of his guide is flaring up like a firework, clearly he is not happy about the so called 'Circle', Gladious let out a little smirk.
This is almost entertaining.

Then the man went on about this "shades" and the creatures lurks within. As he finished, Gladious begun, "Fair, but I will not agree to anything right now, and if anything attacks, do not expect me to let it live...More to the point, what are these creatures you speak of? And why are we meeting a human there?" He then paused and removed his hands from his sides, "About this 'Circle', I can not say I have heard of them before, so If you would, please enlighten me."

[Hector]

Hector smiled.

Indeed, much to learn.

"If anything attacks, it always ends in one or the other not breathing no matter how you see it. But we want to avoid that situation. Not that we need to, we are two of the extremely few half demon's in this town. We just don't want to run the risk, in case today is not your day. In fact I've never met another half demon since..."

Hector's thoughts flew back when he was kidnapped. He was young, and was certain that his circle comrades would come to rescue him... But they didn't. It was so long ago, but Hector could remember it like yesterday.

"The circle are the greatest law enforcement, but it's only active in this town. They have the ultimate right: the right to break the law. Each circle member is a mighty opponent, in which I advise not getting yourself entangled with. They can't be trusted, however, and are corrupt with power. I once trusted them but... They betrayed me!"

Hector felt his anger rise again, but over the last decade he had practised to control his demon form.

"Joey is the most powerful human I have ever met, and shows extroadinary ability. We have an agreement. He works for me, and I help him find his friend. It's fair."

Hector received another text.

"Change of plans, we're heading to the 8 Mile Hotel. Too lawful for my liking. I would have liked to spar with you and test your ability, but the place is too public. We'd be taken down by the law enforcers in the end."

[Gladious Nightsorrow]

Gladious listened closely to the man's story. When he had finished, there was a moment of silence.

Better play cold with him...

Then Gladious begin.

"Now I understand your hatred for the Circle, and I am sorry for you, but do not be mistaken, I trust no one, to me, people are judged by their usefulness." There was a pause, "However, you did give me some advises, and you have my gratitude for that. I shall go with you, for now..."

This human he speak of should be very interesting, maybe he can be a use to me someday.

"Oh and one more thing, I'd love to spar with you sometimes, but unless you can defeat time itself, don't be too confident."

With that he gave slight bow," I am Gladious Nightsorrow, an Avenger. May I acquire your name... 'friend'?"

[Hector]

Hector smiled at Gladious' comment. Time itself? What powers did this half demon have that Hector did not? He would find out soon enough.

"I like your view on people and their usefulness... I think I almost share the same view, with just a little difference. My name is Hector."

Hector stopped using his scythe as a walking stick and pointed across the road.

"That there is the hotel."
