Vlad growled in anger as Austin once again blocked another of his attacks. He looked behind Austin to see a woman that he seemed to be protecting. Obviously Austin cared deeply for this woman, he had pulled her out of the way of his fireball and now was defending her with his blade.
Vlad gave up his attack on Austin and quickly dived towards Ara his blade arcing towards her.

Azrael put his sword away and grabbed on of the guns that had been dropped by their foe.
He fired the repetative rounds into the nearest bad guy, laughing manicially.
HE felt foolish afterwards though, as he remembered the bullets weren't silver nor blessed... Bloody useless.
Azrael threw the gun aside, and went to draw his pistol, but he felt an extremely sharp pain in his shoulder.
With speedy reaction, Azrael had drawn his sword again and plunged it behind him. He heard the attacking figure fall to the floor before he turned to ash. Azrael turned, and noticed before the figure faded that he had two very large teeth.
Azrael came to a sudden realisation, and panicked when he felt his shoulder. There were two deep wounds...
Screw!
Azrael's thoughts soon left him though, as he fell to the ground losing contious.

Austin saw Vlad's attack at Ara and instinctively brought his sword down on the demon's arm

Alucard spotted Azrael fall down and moved over to protect his defenceless body. With a handful of spare buckshot he fired the shotgun like a pistol into an approaching demon, removing it from existence but knocking him back a little. He stood up straight again and ran over to Azrael.
I don’t have time for my friends to die!
He looked over Azrael quickly and noticed the bite marks. His mind ran wild for a second, remembering the last loved one he saw with bite marks similar to these.
“We’re not having a repeat of that!” he said to himself angrily as he finished reloading the shotgun, kneeling down next to Azrael in a rifleman stance taking pot shots as the dwindling opposition.

Adrienne barely saw Vlad's attack coming and brought her revolver up instinctively, aiming for Vlad's heart and pulling the trigger rapidly twice.
"No you don't." She said softly.

Austin saw Azrael fall out of the corner of his eye and swore. He saw Alucard come to Azrael's defense but then he saw a demon come up behind Alucard, holding a sword above his head, ready to bring it down.
"No you fucking don't"
he yelled, closing the two steps between himself and the demon in less than a second before swiping at the demon's head, his blessed sword cutting through like a hot knife through butter and causing the demon to fall in two pieces already burning.
He stopped and crouched next to Azrael, the bite plainly visible to all of Austin's senses
"dammit dammit dammit... what happened?"

Kunoichi gritted her teeth as she fought - Demons were difficult even for her and she was having to use every bit of strength, will and determination and not to mention her reflexes to keep her in this fight.

Austin’s sword blade came down on Vlad’s arm. He roared with pain his charge faltering. At the last instance he saw Adrienne raise her revolver and shoot him. For a second, just a second, Vlad felt nothing. Not the pain of the bullet wounds, not even his own life ending. Just a distinct lack of anything, a nothingness as it were. In the last instance of his life, before he was consumed by hellfire, he knew that he was indeed as empty as the felling he now felt.
As the fire slowly consumed he body for the first time burning, searing the flesh from his bones. He smiled a wry smile and let for the first time a single tear fall and cascade down his cheek to be consumed by the fire that ate him.
"Father" was all he said before he closed his eyes stretched out his one single solitary wing and died there in The Devils Advocates.

Jaden saw Azrael fall. Anger consumed him.
He ran full pelt at one of the last remaining demons; he dived under its clumsily swung sword and came up to look the demon dead in the eye. Jaden forced his colt 45 up to the neck and placed it under the lower jaw. "Bye" he said through clenched teeth and pulled the trigger blowing a hole through its jaw, up into its eye and into its brain. It then was consumed in fire and fell to the floor.
Jaden steeped over the burning body and looked for the next foe.

Adrienne reloaded her revolver then stepped over what was left of Vlad and thumbed the hammer back on her revolver. Shooting one demon in the back that was approaching Austin, Azrael and Alucard.
She swore as she caught a glimpse of the bite marks on Azrael's shoulder then hissed in pain as a dagger pricked her side and drew her sword, turning to face the demon that had attacked her but finding two there instead.
"Hey Jaden? Are you up for giving me some back up here?" She called as the demons advanced.

"Of course" Jaden shouted to her. He then ran forward a few steps, knelt into a roll, put his colts back in their holsters, drew his twin knives and sprung up next to Ara embedding one of them in the nearest demons face.
The demon was quickly consumed by fire. Jaden resisted the impulse to attack the other one thinking it only polite for Ara to have the other that had pricked her with its dagger.

Adrienne moved quickly, raising her sword and side stepping a lunge at the last moment that would have pierced a lung and possibly her heart, she beheaded the demon, watching it fall in two pieces.
"Thank you." She said to Jaden politely, taking notice that the remaining demons were getting fewer by the moment.

"Not a problem" Jaden smiled also taking notice of the few remaining demons.
He counted five left. "How does one each sound?" He called to Ara, Kunoichi and Leiana. "And whoever kills theirs quickest gets him" Jaden said, pointing to one of the demons with the point of one of his twin knives.

"Count me in." Ara said after a moment's pause to think, grinning with just a hint of feral chill as she loaded her revolver.
She glanced over to Austin and sighed softly. They were in for a hard time.
