Panting, Nico hurtled toward Leo , saw him and almost skidded to a halt, narrowly missing him.
"Why'd you run off like that?" She asked breathlessly. Then she caught sight of Yumi and gasped.
"What're you doing out here all by youself?" She asked in that special voice most women keep for small children and puppies. "Where's your mummy?"

Yumi looked from the man to the woman. She then rifled through her backpack to take out the letter that she had from her mother. "Mummy says that I killed her. And daddy too." She said plainly, holding up the letter. "I haven't seen mummy for a long time. And I haven't seen daddy either. Mummy and daddy told me in their letter to find Jaden nii sama. He's my cousin." She said with a broad smile, happy that she had some family.

Leo smelt something disturbing, "Cub you are in danger. Come with us." he then turned to Nico.
"We are going back to the house." Not waiting of a reply he picked Nico up. He then stooped and went to pick Yumi up.

Nico blanched. "Killed her?" She stepped back a little, and was promptly swept up by Leo.
"What..." she started to ask. It was definately turning into a very strange day.

Yumi looked at the oncoming man, fear running all over her. She remembered what that bad man had tried to do to her when she was around Phatima, and she wasn't too keen on that happening again. It was just plain scary. As fear consumed her, she began to turn, not quite knowing what was going on. All she knew, was that when she was scared, this thing inside her protected her. And right now, she felt as though she needed more protection than ever.
((Just so I know, -and to avoid me being a complete idiot in the roleplay- is Leo in human or werewlf form? It's oprobably a stupid question. xD))

"Cub this is not the time." Leo warned lifting Yumi.

((See? xD I said that it was probably a stupid question. >_< ))
Yumi squirmed, trying to get free of the man. "And don't call me cub!" She protested, somehow calming down. The scent of the man was somewhat soothing to her, as strange as it may seem. "I'm called Yumi. Not Cub." She said.

Leo sighed, "Cub, vampires are approching us drawn by the blood. They see you as an easy target. Neither you nor Nicola are strong enough. I cannot fight them all. You must come with us." He said all these short sentences in succession.
"Do not fear me or you will let go to your wolf. You are not strong enough to let her control you." Leo told the small girl.

Yumi started to feel safe with the stranger. "Who are you?" She asked, feeling a little strange. Trusting a stranger was something that her mother had frowned upon. Like taking sweets from strangers. Her mother didn't like that either. Her transformation stopped and she became the innocent little girl that she was once more. "And I'm celled Yumi, not cub!" She said, feeling a little uncomfrotable with being called 'cub' all the time.

"Leo Silvér." He simply said. He looked down on the tiny girl and sighed again, he had almost forgotten what it was like to have cubs in a pack, "Please Cub. Yumi." He reached out his arm to lift her.
Leo sniffed the air again, there scent was getting closer by the second.

Yumi didn't objct to being picked up by the man this time. "Where are we going?" She asked, her face slightly vacant out of fatigue. "I still need to find a present for Jaden nii san." She said.

((Godmodding done with permission from Austin))
Warily, Damaris slunk towards the southern part of the town. This was getting monotonous and she was already starting to regret her decision to come here. Hell, she didn't even know what the place was really called.
As was mulling over her plans - go to the Circle, wait for them to come back and talk to Austin, see what the deal was...and then... well, stay here and set up home or leave and keep wandering - when she turned a corner and saw something she really didn't want to.
Somehow she'd ended up back where she started - face to face with Phatima, Graham and a third man she didn't know, although she sensed he was a vampire.
Shit. Shit. Shit. She thought dumbly. I must have doubled back by accident.
Almost on instinct, she drew her gun. It had a full chamber, she knew, and hopefully that should be enough - two bullets each.
The first to react was Graham - he looked suprised, but recovered quickly. He pointed his staff at her and Damaris barely had time to jump sideways to dodge the flame that spat at her. It licked at the side of her coat, burning it slightly. Calmly, murder in her eyes, Damaris aimed the gun at Graham and pulled the trigger. As she did so, Phatima fired at her, and missed. His aim was off and his reactions were slow - Damaris suspected he was intoxicated or similar - but the shot was enough to throw her off balance and her shot missed Graham.
She spun, pointed the gun at Phatima and pulled the trigger. This time the bullet hit home and the mercenary dropped to the floor, bleeding from his chest. Without pausing, she turned the gun on Graham again, only to find that he wasn't there.
She paused, sniffing. The third man, the vampire, didn't seem to be posing much of a threat at the moment, so she ignored him. It was Graham she wanted.
As she thought this, Graham's voice drifted to her ears from behind her.
"You might as well give up now. You'll never beat me."
It was just the clue she needed. Instantly, she span round and fired two bullets into the area the voice had come from. One flew past harmlessly and buried itself in a wall. The other struck wood. Graham's staff splintered and cracked, falling uselessly to the floor.
Graham, now visible, looked at Damaris in horror.
"You BITCH!" He screamed. Damaris merely nodded once and fired at him again. The bullet struck bone and settled deep into Graham's skull. His mouth dropped open, his body crumpled and he fell to the floor.
Panting, Damaris turned to the third. She aimed the gun, but didn't fire. No need to waste her last bullet.
"Who are you and why are you here?" She asked coldly.

Markus looked at Damaris like nothing happened, though inside he was slightly amused. The way she fought, she had to be a werewolf. Maybe he could make use of such a capable fighter.
“Why am I here? Well, I’m here as a guide to this town for… well, you just shot him dead” he explained, kicking the body of Phatima. “Which leave me with very little to do now.” He finished explaining.
“You seem like a reasonable woman, so let me introduce myself. My name is Markus Valentine. It’s a pleasure to meet you” He said, bowing down to her, just like his younger brother did.
“And, what might I call you, my good lady?” he asked, looking up at her with a smile.

"Valentine?" Damaris repeated. She looked at the vampire, a puzzled expression on her face. "Any relation to Alucard Valentine?" She asked curiously.
"My name is Damaris. Damaris... Y Blaidd." She said slowly, watching Markus with curiosity. There was no was he wasn't related to Alucard, they were too similar. She inclined her head in response to his bow, but didn't return his smile.

Markus shrugged nonchalantly.
"Yeah, Alucard's my little brother. Bit of a terror if you ask me." He said, looking around idly.
"Where are you heading again? And do you know where you're going? I suddenly find myself with nothing to do." He said, scratching his cheek.
