Adrienne nodded wordlessly her eyes holding all of her love for him.
"yes I will wear it."she said softly she she gently kissed his lips in return.she placed her hands gently against his shoulders and looked up into his face her eyes meeting his lovingly.

Adrienne hooked the necklace around her neck.
"I love you too,so very very much Austin."she murmured softly back.
she took his hand gently in hers and kissed it softly.she made her way to her bedroom door and opened it quietly.she then walked over to the couch and put on her various weapons.she stood calmly one hand easily resting against the hilt of her dagger.
she stretched catlike and pulled on her duster.

Adrienne led the way out of the apartment and down the stairwell.her body language unreadable as she walked.she didn't veil her thoughts as she lost what little color there was in her face.she managed to give Austin a very pale smile and leaned against the wall near the stairs.she took a deep breath and let it out again.she swallowed and found her voice."would you forgive me if I am unable to talk just yet Commander?right now I wouldn't recommend a conversation.."she was trying to make light of it but couldn't find the right amount of humour just then.she closed her eyes and bent over her hands on her knees.

Austin knelt beside Ara and put his arms around her
"what is it hun?"
he asked softly.
out of respect for his comrades he didn't use his mind reading abilities except when he wanted to send a message or in combat situations, it was his opinion that everyone had the right to privacy

Adrienne looked at Austin.then shook her head slightly."it's nothing love..it'll pass.I just don't feel well."she spoke softly then touched his cheek gently before walking down a nearby alley.one hand held up to signal she would be back.she came back a few moments later looking very pale wiping her lips.she took her medkit out of her pocket and found the pill she was looking for.she swallowed fighting the urge to gag.she made a slight face and came back to Austin's side. she leaned her head against his shoulder,feeling ill again."lets go back to the HQ love..I think I'm done trying to be well and hunt right now.."she managed a faint smile and gazed at him tiredly.the sleep she'd missed was catching up with her rapidly.

Adrienne got on the back of the motorcycle and put her arms gently around Austins waist.she was trembling and she hoped Austin wouldn't notice.she smiled wanly and said quietly:"you know the way back my love?I don't think I'm gonna be doing much talking."

Adrienne returned his kiss softly and said very quietly in his ear:"I'll be okay love.and don't worry I'll tell you to pull over before I am ill on this bike.it's too nice to be subjected to that.I'm over the worst now anyways."she smiled slightly.her sense of humour restored somewhat now that she was steadier.

Austin pulled away, being more careful than usual, and the bike roared off down the street at a slightly more sedate pace than usual.
Austin had a good memory for directions; once he was directed to somewhere (or even taken there blindfolded) he could find his way back to where he started easily

Adrienne relaxed as they moved.she rode calmly,her trembling stopping now.she felt the dizziness and sick feeling retreat and finally go away fully also.she smiled slightly.
