((I, for one, think it's funny. You should keep it.))
Azrael was curious about Carla's light mooded exit.He imagined that she was about to make what happened here appear a lot larger than it really was. Not surprising. This was if she shook Austin, which he doubted. However, he also doubted that he had seen the extent of Carla's abilities.
"Indeed," he replied to Felix. He admired his temper. Not even a curse word or a threatening glance.
He rested on his hand and rubbed his chin. It was true that it was impossible to start a revolution, no matter how much this would be inflataed. It would, however, be a good first step. Azrael knew that Carla wouldn't stop here, not until her plan came to fruition. It would also be nearly impossible to remove her. If the Watch interfered in any way, it would be a light to the fuse. That action alone would be enough to create a revolt.
If she was assassinated by another parter it would be convenient, Azrael idly thought to himself. His thoughts turned to Kunoichi and his smile deepened. What an appropriate ending, he thought, as he imagined possible future events.
Azrael did wonder why Austin had decided to come here himself and not simply have Azrael done with her for good. He guessed that he would find out soon enough.

((Hehe, it'll certainly be interesting for anyone who manages to get into his head. Even Fe doesn't know what's going on half the time so whoever takes a peek may end up with a migraine.))
The blond poured him another drink, the same as the last time, and set it on the counter before ringing it up on the till, biting his lip as his head throbbed. He didn't want to think about this, he didn't like the idea of thinking about it but with everything that just went down, it wasn't hard to put two and two together and figure out that an unpleasant end was awaiting Carla in the future. Or at least... he thought there was.
Sliding the change over to Azrael he poured himself a drink of water, he was beginning to get a real blinder of a headache.
... ... ...
... ... ...
And he still had the vomit in the men's bathroom to clean up as well. fuck.

"That'll be another pound twenty please," he told the human, voice level. Absently, he wondered when Darkora was actually going to show up. It didn't take that long to get from one end of Edgehaven to the other.
At least there were no Reporters lurking around.

Kana smirked at Felix's comments. Life certainly seemed more interesting when you let any old riffraff into your bar. That said, Kana wasn't exactly looking for more excitement. He was also starting to wonder why Austin was taking so long. Granted, he wasn't exactly anxious for the lycan to show up given that it would probably cause him some inconvenience, but still.
He drained his glass of wine and laid it down on the bar, deigning to sit on one of the bar stools as he did. "A surprisingly good vintage," he remarked to Felix with a cold smile of approval, "although it wouldn't suffer from a touch of virgin's blood."

Felix paused and cast Kana a considering look, deciding how to take that comment. The Vampyre had an.... interesting, if morbid, sense of humour that Felix didn't quite know how to react to at the best of times.
"Sorry, no virgin's blood. You can take the bottle if you'd like though." He'd have to buy it of course but considering how deep Lemartes' Pockets were there shouldn't be a problem. Moe wouldn't part with that bottle for anything under £400, which to Felix seemed a little overkill - more than a little to be honest. He would have to check the papers that Moe had stashed along with it to find out what it was really worth before giving Kana the price. He wasn't particularly interested in price gouging anyone to be honest.

As Austin drove around the corner, he projected his thoughts to Az again "What's the situation?" Hoping that she was still there, he parked up and grabbed his shotgun from the seat beside him, examining it quickly but thoroughly to ensure that it was still in working order - he wasn't sure why he'd reacted to Az's message in such a way but something felt wrong, like there was something being planned that would only end up bad.

Kana nodded to felix and poured himself another glass of the wine. "Send the bill to my office." He told him. Naturally, the vampyre was not in the habit of carrying cash on him, certainly not to the amount he suspected he would be charged for the bottle.
He had just lifted his glass again when he paused and looked curiously at the door. "Darkora has graced us with his presence I see." He sipped his wine, keeping an expectant eye on the entrance. "It's a shame you let his little canary fly away." He told Azrael with a smirk.

Azrael gave Kana a threatening look, but didn't actually respond. He didn't have time for him.
I couldn't keep her here brother. Even under a fire arm, she was hell bent on getting outside. I do know her plan, however.

The blond nodded as he made a quick note of Kana's drink, eyes flicking to the entrance of the bar as he heard the distinct sound of car pulling up.
While he didn't much care for the Night Watch or Devil's Advocates, thus far, Carla had endeared herself to a much greater degree with Felix than any of the Night Watch members. Azrael had left an exceptionally negative impression - especially threatening to shoot Madoc, that alone had pretty much cemented the human's position on the blond's 'Do NOT like' list. They did occasionally have Watch members come in for drinks, the Bottle was surprisingly quiet in that there weren't any full scale riots or out of hand bar fights. And while his sheer presence made Felix's skin crawl, the Werewolf had been nothing but curteous so he had no problem with him or the other Vampires that came in with him last time - he later learned that the one of those Vampires was Zack's uncle, Jaden Kalen. Talk about your awkward family reunions.

Ah good, that was what I was hoping to discover he replied to Az, getting out of his car, closing the door and making his way towards the entrance to the Pub.
He opened it and stepped inside, wincing momentarily as his eyes adjusted themselves to the change of light levels. Without looking around much, he made his way to Az.

(FFS, I just wrote a huge reply and the browser crashed!)
Azrael approached Austin and greeted him, still holding his coke in one hand.
He decided to project what had occured to Austin through thought rather than speak out loud.
He informed him that, once identified, Azrael tried to attack and bring down Carla. After all, she was right at the top of the Watch's most wanted. He informed him about how she reacted, and how her reaction had caught Azrael off guard. He did not expect Carla to surrender without defending herself.
He then explained how, although it confused him at first, he deduced what she wanted to do. As attacking Azrael would hinder her plan, Azrael knew she was not an immediate threat to him. On the contrary, Azrael couldn't assassinate her, otherwise it may have given her plan a huge kickstart.
"I do not think her plan will work, brother. News stories bad mouthing the Watch is nothing new, and the Devil's Advocates are no longer around (as far as the Watch is aware). However, I didn't like the look in her eye. I believe she still has an ace in the hole."
Azrael checked his watch.
"She left 4 minutes ago, you should be able to track her down easily."
I suggest putting her down once and for all.

It was therefore with the worse timing ever that at that moment the bar door slammed open and Dillon walked in, cheerfully, dressed in what appeared to be a trenchcoat and fedora over his usual outfit. How he'd gotten out, given nobody had seen him leave his cupboard was anybody's bet.
"So, I always thought time travel was impossible." He told the room at large, apparently completely unaware of any tension whatsoever, or in particular, the two newcomers. "FYI....it's not." He said, pausing only to finger point as he delivered this titbit of information.
"Still, least I got to shoot someone." He added cheerfully. "By the by, that knoll? Not as grassy as advertised." He went to sit at the bar, and his eyes fell on Austin. Or more specifically, on Austin's hat.
"Awesome! You got a hat stand!" Dillon cried to Felix, taking off his fedora and sticking it on top of Austin's. "You've been needing one of those!"

Austin nodded at Azrael's reasoning and felt something unfamiliar on of his head and reached for it, finding inexplicably the rim of another hat over his. He lifted it down and examined it the fuck...?
He turned to the newcomer and regarded him, wanting to laugh but not at all sure what was going on, wondering whether he had time to talk this one out or if he should just shoot now and ask questions later. On reflection, he opted to try the former with an option on the latter. "Did you think that was funny?" he asked, a hint of menace in his voice as he turned the hat over in his hands, his eyes attempting to gaze a hole into Dillon's head

Dillon looked at Austin in genuine surprise. He hadn't been being funny. He actually thought (and still did) that it was a hat stand.
"Excuse me!" He said defensively, as if hurt by the accusation. "But I fail to see how a talking hat stand can accuse me of being the funny one!" He jabbed a finger in Austin's direction in annoyance. "I mean, you could have your own TV show! 'Talky the Hat Stand'. For kids, of course."
He paused, and then 'whispered' (loudly, Dillon never really got talking quietly) to Felix. "I'd watch it."

Austin blinked, entirely taken aback by the newcomer I'm... a hat stand? He found himself uttering words he would never have expected to be saying at this point in his life "Sir... I am not a hat-stand"
