Adrienne's Room

[Ezekiel Theorbald]

"Ok..." Ezekiel went back to the bar so that he can have a drink before they returned.

[Cypher Drakel]

"We shall crush those who squeeled us to the slayers!" Cypher said in a calm yet cold voice.

[Kunoichi]

"that can wait"
replied Kunoichi quietly, she nodded in respect to Cypher before walking back to Adrienne's room and flipping back onto the wardrobe quietly

[Cypher Drakel]

Cypher nodded as well, even though Kunoichi wasn't there to see it. Cypher decided to go outside to await Jaden and Pyro. There was a dangerous chance that they might be stalked to the location of the circles base.

[adrienne]

Adrienne moaned softly in her sleep and her hand clenched further around the sigil ring, the top of the ring cutting into her hand as she tensed up.she opened her eyes and then curled up around herself feeling something was very wrong.she sat up and looked at Kunoichi her eyes unreadable."Kunoichi whats happening?"she spoke softly her voice concerned.

[Kunoichi]

Kunoichi dropped off of the wardrobe
"its alright Adrienne, Austin'll be back soon"

she added internally

[adrienne]

Adrienne continued to look at Kunoichi then closed her eyes against dizziness again."I hope so.."she said softly.she took a breath then winced as it hurt but relaxed against the pillows and opened her hand seeing the sigil ring and it's imprint on her hand.

[Kunoichi]

Kunoichi smiled at Adrienne
"they've only been gone about an hour and a half, they probably wont be much longer"
she sat down in a bedside chair
"maybe you should get some more sleep?"

[adrienne]

"I dont know if I can right now Kunoichi..but I will however lay still..moving hurts."my own fault for charging off to go help Tan-no change thoughts..it's not my fault she decided to follow her instincts..and she would have killed me had Austin not been there..Adrienne thought to herself and shivered slightly at that thought..please be safe Austin..I love you and I dont want to lose you with you not knowing it.. she felt an odd jolt go through her at that thought and her eyes widened slightly.

[Kunoichi]

Kunoichi nodded
"do what you can eh?"
she tried to smile but she could almost see the worries running through Adrienne's head
"he'll be okay Adrienne, fighting for his life is pretty much his hobby"

[adrienne]

Adrienne smiled wanly and said softly:"yes Austin is good at that."she turned the sigil ring over and over in her fingers reading the inscription on the back.her father had known she would take over being the hunter in her family from him.they had fought alot in her younger years but she had known he would give her the sigil ring instead of Tanja.she closed her eyes and drifted off to an uneasy sleep.

[Austin]

Shortly afterwards, Austin entered and spoke to Kunoichi quietly
"Thank you Kunoichi, i'll take it from here"
he sat down in a bedside chair and watched Adrienne sleep, putting a bandage on his cut as he did so

[Kunoichi]

Kunoichi smiled to see Austin's return, she had indeed been worried, she nodded wordlessly and left Austin and Adrienne

[adrienne]

Adrienne sensed Austin's presense nearby in her sleep and opened her eyes.she smiled wanly at him and moved herself up on one elbow wincing as her body protested at it."hi."she said softly and then acting on instinct swung her legs over the edge of the bed and kissed Austin on the lips softly."that was for saving me with Tanja."

[Austin]

the kiss felt like heaven, Austin tried to stop it from showing by attempting to cover it with a grin
"I should save your life more often"
