"mmm I'd prefer you just being with me.."Adrienne felt a slight blush on her cheeks but knew it wouldn't show much.she set the sigil ring on the bedside table and slipped out of her duster knowing it would be much more comfortable if she fell asleep again.she unbuckled her weapons belt but left her daggers on.she looked at Austin,her eyes meeting his.they had turned a deep blue.an unusual colour for her.

said Austin smiling, returning her gaze, her eyes seemed almost hypnotising
"but for now i have to deal with your ribs"

Adrienne nodded and laid back knowing that her ribs were likely to hurt.she took a breath and relaxed her whole body knowing also that she would need to be relaxed and not tensed up.

Austin stood and closed the door, he then sat next to her on the bed
"I'm going to need you to take your top off Adrienne"

Adrienne nodded again."aye I can do that Austin."she pulled her top up and off.revealing the bruises of her ribs and how thin she was from living with her sister the past few months.she had cared for Tanja and her mother before Tanja had been attacked.and had finally been killed.she didn't regret her sisters death.just the fact that Tanja had been the last of her family.

Austin ran his hands over her ribs lightly, his specialist touch detecting broken ribs
"hmm definately five..."
he picked up a cloth that he had in a small bowl of water
"this is going to be cold but it'll help to drop the bruising"
he pressed the cloth very lightly against her ribs

Adrienne kept her breathing even by force of will.she didn't flinch as the cold cloth touched her skin but as it pressed against her ribs she muffled a quietly uttered moan of pain and closed her eyes.forcing herself to keep relaxed.

Austin rubbed Adrienne's shoulder comfortingly, running the cloth lightly over her broken ribs, when he was satisfied he put the cloth back and ran his hands over her ribs very lightly again
"it'll be alright Adrienne, they're clean breaks, you'll heal quickly"
he drew out two heat bandages from his medikit and placed them gently on her ribs
"they'll help the healing"

Adrienne nodded and smiled at Austin her eyes sparkling with humor and mystery."thank you."she said quietly.she looked at Austin,her gaze meeting his and then leaned forward and kissed him again softly."and that was just because I can and I happen to love you."

Austin was shocked for a second before he leant in and returned her kiss
"I happen to love you too"
he murmured between kisses, happy to finally be able to unleash his feelings

Adrienne smiled and said softly:"I am glad of that.because it would have been ackward had you not."she gently touched his cheek and gazed into his eyes loving everything about him at that moment.

he returned her gaze, grinning happily

Adrienne grinned happily back at Austin and cuddled against him gently,avoiding bumping the cut on his chest and resting her head against his shoulder,she felt herself falling asleep and the world fading around her she whispered:"I love you Austin Darkora.so very much."with that she fell asleep.

Austin held her close to him, enjoying the feeling of having her in his arms, something he had wanted for a while
"I love you too Adrienne Hallos, more than i could say"
he rubbed the back of her head, letting her sleep in his arms, without waking her he rolled them both to be lying on the bed, her half on top of him in a position that wouldn't put pressure on her ribs

Adrienne felt him move her gently even in sleep.she snuggled her head gently against Austin's shoulder and her hair coming undone slightly from it's braid down her back gave her a slightly childlike look as she sighed softly in sleep.
