"I'm happy to take over" Kunoichi called over to Adrienne, opening her eyes to watch Cindy

Damaris smiled her thanks to Adrienne and stood up. "I'll be back in a minute." She told her, before walking out of the gym. "Just going to fetch my sword."
She gave Cindy another encouraging smile as she walked out of the door, letting the door close behind her.

Cindy was trying to copy Kunoichi's advice, but doing so in that mechanical way people do when they copy movements without really understanding the movements.
She struggled a little on twisting her arm as she punched out, because she didn't really understand why she was doing it, but managed a very basic version of the motion very slowly after a few tries.
That said, it was still obvious there was no force behind anything she was doing and that she was more likely in a fight to spend five minutes adopting the position than actually hitting anything...

Adrienne brought her sword up, dodging then dipping back up with her sword held at neck height. She smiled then continued to practice each move. "You're doing well Cindy." She said approvingly, taking note in Kunoichi's tactics in teaching her to remember them.

Breathing heavily, Azrael looked around the room at the scattered debris. Splinters and torn wool had made the gym a considerable mess. He allowed himself a few moments to capture his frame of mind and bask in the moment before he opened his eyes. Still holding his katana out to the side after the last swing, Azrael reminisced his actions. Bringing his right leg up and standing up straight, he sheathed the katana and shook his limbs down. Another day's training he thought to himself as he began consider his next job: cleaning up the mess he had made. He looked at the time. It was still early but he didn't have the energy to continue his routine. He decided to clear everything away in a rush so he could get his hands on some coffee.

Austin strode into the gym, pausing as he saw the damage that Azrael had caused to the place. He sighed and shook his head "Really brother? did the nasty training dummy annoy you that much?" he grinned to show that he was playing

"It was mocking me with its silence," Azrael grinned back. Out of habit, he tightened his gear a little as he slowly walked forward to greet his friend. "And how is the great Austin this morning?" Azrael asked.

Austin chuckled "Mm I'm alright I suppose, being a super hero is starting to wear thin around the edges, what about you?"

Azrael turned to look at the debris he had made as a gesture. "Pretty good," he answered, smiling when he turned to face him again. "I'm just about to make myself some coffee. Want me to grab you one?"

"mm coffee sounds good" he replied, taking in the debris and working out in his mind which particular strikes would cause the destruction he was seeing

Azrael nodded in reply and left the room shortly. He subconciously found his way to the kitchen, where he took two cups from the cupboard and put coffee in them. He leant back against the wall as he waited for the kettle to boil. He was felt disturbed. He couldn't explain why but he felt the need to spill blood and lots of it. He wondered if it had anything to do with the vampire bite he had suffered a while ago. Did he fully recover from its effect? He shrugged to himself. He realised he was being silly; it was probably from being idle for almost a week.

Azrael finished stirring Austin's and his coffee, disgruntled that it wasn't as time consuming as he had hoped. He made his way back to the gym holding a cup coffee in each hand; although, he wondered if Austin was still there. Apart from training, his senior officer wouldn't have reason to linger around in that room, after all.

Not being able to locate Austin without an inevitable search, Arael placed the coffee down on the table near the gym. Coffee's outside the gym, brother, Azrael thought, knowing Austin would be able to pick it up. With nothing else on his immediate schedule, Azrael decided it was a fine time to go to the pub. He doesn't even drink alcohol but he considered it a good pass time to drink a glass of cola whilst listening to the banter around him.

Zin liked the Gym, she liked it very much.
So much fancy equipment!! The floor matts were so much better quality than she was used to, the lighting was clean and bright, the walls thick and sturdy, even the punch bags were resilient. But it was the smell. With her senses so enhanced, she was a little worried that she couldn't be able to handle the scent but her fears proved pointless. Sweat, leather, deep-heat, the slight tang of blood, people, musk, deodorant, plastic - it felt like home, almost against her will she began to grin excitedly as she listened with only half an ear to whatever was being said to her, if they were speaking at all. Too busy moving through the room and exploring, keeping her hands clasped so she didn't touch and accidentally break anything.
She was as giddy as a child in a candy shop.

Damaris leant against the wall of the gym, a smile on her face, as she watched Zin inspect the equipment. The girl was obviously excited, although she kept her hands together, not touching anything. Probably doesn't want to break anything else she guessed. The older lycan had shed her weapons and coat, hanging them from hooks along the wall.
"Cindy," she started, turning to the blonde woman, "can you tell her that she's free to use the gym whenever she likes? And that she shouldn't worry about breaking anything, it's all used to a lot of strength." After all, there were several lycans and vampires in the Watch, normal gym equipment just wouldn't cut it.
"That should be ok, shouldn't it?" She asked, looking to Kunoichi, remembering that she had been the new girl until Zin turned up. Ok, Austin had left her in charge, but bossing around someone as deadly as the assassin would never feel normal.
