Even if the world ends around me knowing that I tried to save one will be knowledge enough to rectify any sins that have befallen me and will purge my soul from the vampire within me"
"Besides, he would do the same for me" Jaden muttered under his breath.
He picked up Azrael holding him over his shoulder and began his long trek out of The DA.

((Posting something so this thread is still alive And believe me I am still alive, etcetc))
Alucard regained his strength and stood up straight, though still painting from the fight.
“Austin, when we get back I’ll look after Azrael. I’ve been in this situation before after all…” He said slowly, his words quiet. He searched his pockets for ammunition and founds only three spare shells, which he loaded into the shotgun. He slung the shotgun over his shoulder and picked up Azraels sword again.
Time to learn a little about swordplay it seems.

"Jaden, firstly we have about six hours before he turns and secondly; some of those officers downstairs are vampires themselves. Drop Azrael with them and come back and help us. We need everyone we can get in order to kill Rino"

Adrienne watched Jaden, Alucard and Austin speaking and finished applying a bandage to a small cut, more out of habit then anything else as she leaned against a nearby wall, checking her revolver and her rifle again. |

Jaden nodded, "Yes Sir I understand. Wait here I wont be long"
Jaden descended the stairs back to the ground floor where the guards were... guarding the building. Along the way he passed the corridors filled with the dead. It was sickening. He finally reached the foyer, he saw Darkota laying unconscious under some rubble. Two guards came up to Jaden holding rifles. "Is it over sir?" one of them asked.
"No I'm afraid not, Azrael's been bitten by a vampire and Darkota's over there unconscious. Take them both to the hospital. If all goes well we'll see them soon." Jaden turned and ran back up the stairs ignoring the bodies of the dead.
Jaden finally caught up with Austin and the others. "Azrael and Darkota are being taken to the hospital. What next?" He asked Austin.

Kunoichi twirled one of her kunai around a finger absent mindedly, alittle anxious about Azrael but also nervous about what would be ahead of them.

Austin gestured towards the next flight of stairs
"That way. When we get to the top, Ara, Jaden and Leiana are going right. Myself, Alucard and Kunoichi are going left. Meet up again by the north west stairway"

He turned to Ara, "We'll follow your lead." He said considering that Ara outranked both him and Leiana.

Alucard nodded and remained just behind Austin. He idly leaned down onto the sword he "borrowed" from Azrael and didn't realise it was sinking into the ground.
This is not an umbrella Alucard...
"Lets get going. We're on borrowed time here really" he said calmly, tugging the sword out the floor. He was growing ever more worried about running into kitten again.

Ara nodded in response to Austin.
"Yes sir." She said quietly then turned to Jaden and Leiana.
"All right." She replied to Jaden then met Austin's eyes with hers and gave him a faint smile as she drew her revolver and held it with her finger off the trigger at her side, ready to aim and fire should anything happen suddenly.

Jaden checked both his colts over. He flicked open the bullet chamber and reloaded the two missing bullets. He quickly checked the sight and the play on the trigger.
I'll have to send them to a gun specialist after this. He thought to himself.
