[Rino]

Rino hit the floor, and glared at Austin. Was this fool actually trying to win? He really believed he could do it, didn't he? After all of this, Austin still thought he was going to win...

Rino'd have to correct him on that one.

"Let me show you one of mine." He growled, kicking himself off of the floor and launching himself at Austin, full power, shoulder first. He had no reason to fear Austin's weapon so just kept going right at him...

[Carla Glenn]

Carla felt Kunoichi grab her wrist, and knew right away she was in trouble. Again, Carla was so reliant on her powers she knew that she wouldn't be half as strong as Kunoichi, and unable to break the grip. Instead, she reacted instinctively, and was actually pretty frightened...

Her entire body lit up like a Christmas tree, hair flying back, as all over her skin electricty flowed. It wasn't a direct attack, but if you had any exposed flesh at all, you had to leap back a good few meters or get singed.

Spread out over her body like that it was no direct blast, and certainly wouldn't kill anybody, but that didn't mean it wouldn't hurt...

[adrienne]

Adrienne managed a slight smile as she turned to face the next demon.
"Cindy, do you know how to fire that gun?" She asked seriously, aiming and firing again.
"Because if you do I need a little help here..."

[Cindy Harker]

Cindy looked at her fallen gun, and grabbed it, shaking.
"N-n-not really..." She managed, turning it over in her hands. Her long, perfectly manicured fingernails caught on something. A catch of some kind...

Ow! I nearly broke a nail...

Little did she realise she'd just turned the safety off.

"But how hard can it be?" She tried, holding her hurt finger. She took a deep breath and pointed it at the incoming demon, peeking out from her hiding place...and fired.

This time it worked, the safety no longer on. Unfortunately, Cindy couldn't hit anything to save her life, was completely unprepared for any recoil, and basically got so frightened fired off all of her bullets mostly into the sky, until there was nothing left...

...On the bright side, there was no way for the demons to know she was that bad of a shot, and as far as they were concerned, they had someone shooting very fast and a lot of bullets at them causing them to take cover and put all their attention on Cindy, ignoring Adrienne...

[adrienne]

Adrienne bit her lower lip so hard she tasted blood. After this was over she was going to ask Austin if she could teach Cindy to shoot a gun properly. Yes that was a good move on Cindy's part but now she had two or three demons to shoot at instead of one.
"Oh... bother." She finally managed in a barely audible tone then snapped the cylinder closed on her revolver, aiming and following the moving demons with her sights before firing.

[Austin]

Austin cursed, knocked to the floor by Rino's charge, his sword skittering to the floor just out of Austin's reach
crap..

[Kunoichi]

Kunoichi's fist struck home on Carla's face, energy crackling over her insulated catsuit, the heat from which forcing her to jump back.

[Cindy Harker]

Cindy cautiously noted the demons approaching. Oops. Now there were three of them. She had a pretty strong feeling that one was a Qa'thos demon and one was a Kin'ya demon, and according to a leading demonic text they would never work together.

She decided that if she survived this she'd have to make a few corrections for the demonic research community to that particular book...

She looked around desperately for something to defend herself with, and saw a discarded metal bar from the collapsed tower. She grabbed it with a look of determination...

...and grunted feebly, finding it was too heavy for her to lift. She tried, and gave up with a gasp. She turned back to face the demons.

"So...any ideas?" She asked Adrienne nervously.

[Rino]

Rino looked at the fallen Austin and smirked.
"Nearly." He remarked with a grin. He lowered his sword and held up his left hand.

"Well, I was going to start doing this sooner or later..."

His hand began to glow, and a massive fireball flew out, directly at Austin. Sure, Rino could have tried to stab him while he was down, but 'evil' was rarely 'efficent'. Austin was just lucky Rino didn't have a table with a laser beam over it to use...

[Carla Glenn]

Carla went down, hard. She stumbled back to her feet, certain she could feel a trail of blood from her forehead, and not quite seeing straight. Her eyes scanned for the ninja, but...

...well, she was looking for a ninja. It was a pretty futile exercise. It didn't help she could barely see straight anymore. She threw a few unfocused blasts of lightning into the shadows, but they were pointless.

"You little..." She muttered to herself, feeling the damp blood streaming down the side of her face, hair ragged and messy. "Think an insulated suit was clever? You've still got your pretty little face exposed..." It was a growl, and somewhat more cliched evil than Carla usually would allow. But she was in pain, and actually scared Kunoichi was going to finish her off.

"I can still hit you..." She warned, lightning crackling around her in anger.

[Austin]

Austin rolled, barely evading the fireball, scooping up his sword and scrambling to his feet

[Kunoichi]

Kunoichi watched in amusement, rolling out of the shadows as a bolt of energy came near and throwing one of her throwing knives at Carla before shadow stepping ten feet closer

[Rino]

Rino gave a happy grin to the very nearly burnt Austin.
"Oh, come on, lighten up!" Rino said cheerfully. "At least I didn't make a 'heat things up' pun. It was tempting, but you know, even I have standards."

He ran forwards, swinging his sword, yet somehow managing casually at the same time;

"Although, I suppose 'lighten up' falls into bad pun grounds..." They clashed swords. "Oh well, I am gonna kill you, so I suppose a bad joke or two is allowed..."

[Carla Glenn]

Carla, while very reliant on her powers, was at least experienced enough to notice the knife. Just.

Unfortunately, she wasn't fast enough to dodge it, and it sliced through her arm, giving her a deep cut. She was lucky it didn't hit her anywhere else.

She screamed in pain, and grabbed her arm. The deep cut buzzed and flashed with lightning, her powers going crazy from the pain.

She lashed out angrily in the direction of the knife, with the biggest blast of lightning she could manage, screaming with rage and pain...

[Austin]

"you're all talk Rino"
Austin replied through gritted teeth as they clashed swords again, hoping that the battle around them was going in the Circle's favour
