Jaden followed them out, then turned to Kunoichi She seems to really want to get to the headquarters. Do you want me to take her while you go a head and tell Austin what we have found out? Jaden sent the thought to Kunoichi. Okay, again with the over-suspiciousness that at least in my opinion ain't well grounded. Jaden states that Hope "seems to really want to get to the headquarters", in response to what Hope says: "Now it's your turn to show me the way, I guess," and "I still don't know where the headquarters are." I think any person would say that, because they were going to Austin and reporting the whole Carla incident to him, and because she doesn't know where the HQs are yet they have to show her. Like she showed them where the Devil's Advocates are. It's really that simple. Not her being eager, but her being logical. Then again, of course her THOUGHTS show her eagerness, but I'd like to think that Hope is good enough at acting that it doesn't show. -__- |

I'm not human I'm a Dhampire so I can, also Austin asked me to watch Hope so I am he said: Will doAustin replied in the same method, also smiling And keep an eye on Hope, my trust in her is not 100%he added as an afterthought before chuckling and replying verbally "Indeed you are... take care people, report back to HQ ASAP" take care of them mei-meihe added to Kunoichi Also Austin used the telepathic ability on Kunoichi above as well so why can’t I? And I'm going to take you to the HQ I'm just asking Kunoichi if she wants to go on first and tell Austin what we found out. |

I second Azrael's question. Why is everybody in the Circle apparently psychic and able to send psychic messages? It kinda defeats the whole double play we've got going here, with characters having to figure out ways to talk about stuff behind the characters they're suspicious of back's. It could be a really interesting dynamic IF they didn't have the ability to psychically communicate.
Where did that come from? Or is it a Circle trick?
I also have to back up Hope's complaint. What she said shows NO over eagerness at all. You can't read her thoughts, so you shouldn't know any better.
As far as I know from the bios, Rino's the only psychic we have...

Yeah, that's fine - but my point was that he also seems to overanalyse Hope's actions by saying that "She seems really to want to go to the headquarter's" and because he continues saying "Go ahead and tell Austin what we have found out" psychically to Kunoichi you make it seem like she's going to go tell what they found out about HOPE, not what they found out about Rino. If she's going ahead to tell Austin what they found out about Rino, why couldn't he say it aloud then? And I know that Austin asked you to watch Hope, and you should - she's a new member in the Circle - BUT you still shouldn't overanalyse her actions. I second (third) Azrael and Rino: Why do they have to be psychics? |

Vampires and Lycans can talk to each other in the mind if you have a problem ask Nik and read the lore thread on our character races it says there.

Kunoichi is a human though. And you're a Dhampire, a half human. So even if you could talk psychically to other vampires, I don't see how you could to Kunoichi.
I can't actually see it saying anywhere in the rules that vampires/lycans can do that, by the way. Where did you see it?
Closest I could find is that Dhampires sometimes have slight telepathy. Is that what you meant?

Okay, the whole thing with telepathy; if you look in Austin's bio, he has minor telepathy; he can only read the thoughts people let him, so if you think a message to Austin and you're close enough, he'll recieve it, he can also in that put his thoughts into other people's minds.
I seem to remember there was a pm conversation between myself and Jaden setting up the powers that his character would have when he became a dhampire (i would quote it but i have around 120 pm's in my inbox and i really cba to search through them)
Yes, Dhampires sometimes have minor telepathy, but actually reading people's thoughts is something that only major telepaths can actually achieve.

Ah, so Jaden has the ability to read people's thoughts if they let him? Presumably he can project them too, for Kunoichi to recieve them?
That makes more sense than Jaden's explanation, cheers!
Still doesn't explain his somewhat erratic behaviour towards Hope though, I still think him being overly suspicous comes across as using OOC knowledge.

I'm only doing what I was asked, if your in a group you trust the leader which is Austin so when you ask me to watch Hope and say that your trust is not 100% then that makes me wonder why and so I would be suspicous.
Jaden likes her but he trusts Austin more so I'm just doing what Austin said. All I was going to do was say to Austin that Hope was Acting weird which could be because she was at Rino's HQ or something and raise the question why would she want to go there on her own? That was all.
The reason why I said to Kunoichi if she wanted to go ahead to the HQ was so that she could tell Austin what we found, I was going to lead Hope back. Sorry if it seemed like I was going to blow Hopes cover I'm not going to do that I was just watching her like Austin asked.

heh Austin's trust in her is not 100% because she's brand new  he doesn't suspect that she's working for Rino or even the possibility that she's a double agent, perhaps your character could accept Kunoichi's offered explaination that she's been acting alittle wierdly because she is nervous? It seems that i have caused this trouble myself and this seems the most feasable escape plan |

Jaden, AGAIN - Hope never said she wanted to go to the HQs alone! She volunteered, and before it could be implied that she was going to go alone or ask someone to go with her you and Kunoichi said that you'd follow.
So I don't really see how Hope is acting any weirder than you or Kunoichi. Could you please explain exactly what she's done that's so weird?
